Ah, London... isn't Heathrow Express one of the best inventions ever? Love it. Though next time I'm going I'm probably gonna meet vesperdavid at the airport, and I guess we'll take the tube :) The hotel looks ok. Typical London standard. The elevator not reaching the top floor is weird though - didn't hear of sth like that before *g*
