Just wanted to let you know that I finally gave in and am on Tumblr since yesterday.
I didn't know it was so much fun there! So much pretty!! I'll probably reblog everything I see... *lol* Well, anything I really like at least. :D

Currently my page features The Avengers very heavily (if not almost exclusively *ahem*), coz I'm pretty much obsessed with it and its cast since I saw the film on Monday. <3 Probably won't change anytime soon either, so you have been warned. ;-) But there will be other things as well, I promise. *g*

I love it there. Very beautifully done. <3 So much fun. Have finished all chapters from the first book by now and hope Chamber Of Secrets will be available very soon. In the meantime I shall try to practise spells and potion brewing. :D

Didn't have to work today for a change, so I went on a shopping spree through the city. :D
This is what I came home with: 2 pairs of jeans, 3 sweaters and 1 blouse.
Not bad! And except for the blue jeans they were all reduced in price by 20% too. :-) I'm very pleased with them and I really, really needed some new things. On the other hand, all my birthday is now already gone again... *boo-hoo*

Yesterday I kinda out of the blue decided that it was finally time to continue watching Battlestar Galactica. :D I mean, it's only been nearly 2 years since I watched the miniseries and season 1, so it's not that late is it...? :p *lol*
I watched the first 2 episodes of season 2 yesterday evening, and still think the show's awesome. <3 More episodes will follow this evening and tomorrow, hopefully. Only 58 episodes and 2 movies to go. ;-) *lol*

ACTA in a Nutshell –

What is ACTA? ACTA is the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. A new intellectual property enforcement treaty being negotiated by the United States, the European Community, Switzerland, and Japan, with Australia, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Mexico, Jordan, Morocco, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada recently announcing that they will join in as well.

OK, someone should keep me away from the internet when I'm extremely bored! *lol*
I always end up ordering stuff, especially when I don't really have the money... *whistles* ;-)

So I just ordered this:

First time I'm ordering something from the BBC Shop (because you can pay with PayPal there now *yeah*), so I hope everything goes swimmingly and that I won't have to pay additional import duties or taxes...
As I don't live in the UK I have to pay extra delivery costs, but it's still cheaper than anywhere else I could find it (55€ incl. p&p). :-) And I don't have a credit card which always makes it even harder to find reasonable prices for UK imports, because I can't order from play.com or amazon.co.uk or the like... *sighs*

Anyways, looking forward to the DVDs! \o/ I think a rewatch will be in order then. :D

I now have deleted my "MySpace" and "wer-kennt-wen" accounts as I didn't ever use them anyway...
In exchange I registered with "Facebook" today. It's all new to me, so I still have to find out how everything's working. I don't know yet if I'll be sticking to it in the long run, but I will definitely try it out for several months and see how things are going. Although I probably won't be around as much as here on LJ. ;-)

Dafür habe ich mich heute bei "Facebook" registriert. Es ist alles noch neu für mich, daher muss ich erstmal herausfinden wie alles funktioniert. Wasn't able to get to my Livejournal at all on friday and saturday, or anything else on LJ for that matter. *grrrrr* Don't know if it was generally down or if it was only a problem with my internet connection. Anyway, it was really quite annoying. :-( But at least it's working again since this morning. *yeah*

Konnte den ganzen Freitag und Samstag mein Livejournal nicht erreichen, und auch sonst nichts anderes bei LJ. *grrrrr* Weiss nicht, ob es generell down war oder ob's nur ein Problem mit meiner Internetverbindung gab. Jedenfalls war es wirklich sehr nervig. :-( Aber wenigstens funktioniert es seit heute morgen wieder. *freu*
