Mhh, yes, the zoo idea seems very popular. Could certainly explain the elephant and stampede sounds... There's also a theory of everything coming back to existence at once, which seems possible as well... Or maybe Stan the turtle has done something off screen...
I'm still confused. ;-) I probably also prefer it without an explanation.
