I lost track of how many times I've been to Berlin by now. ;-)
Looking through my photos I realised that I actually never really took that many pictures there though (or mostly only of the same things *lol*). Not even sure why...
Well, here are the ones I found (and that I hadn't posted before).

some Berlin pics )

I'm going to post my zoo photos in a seperate entry, because I think otherwise this would get too long...

Ok, and part 2. :D

Musée du Louvre
I had been outside the Louvre many times (and even once or twice in the entrance hall under the pyramid), but in 2002 I finally made a proper visit. \o/ It's a great place and there is soooo much to see: paintings, sculptures, archaeological finds... *phew* Unfortunately I was only there for a couple of hours, so I probably didn't even get to see half of it. Definitely need to go again whenever I'm back in Paris!

Cimetière du Père-Lachaise
I always had a thing for cemeteries, so during my Paris trip in 2004 I went to see Le Père-Lachaise. And I absolutely LOVED it there. <3 It is really huge and very quiet and peaceful. Many of the graves are actually quite beautiful. You can get a map with the most important/famous graves at the entrance, which is very helpful if you don't want to wander around endlessly or get lost. ;-)

luinalda: (The Doctor)
As I already mentioned, we visited the "Doctor Who - Up Close" exhibition at The Red Dragon Centre when we were in Cardiff Bay on July 23rd.

The pictures )

It was a nice little exhibition. We spent about 1 hour there.
